Creating a culture of Health & Safety

We aim to deliver a safe and reliable work environment for all our employees, whether in an office, on a construction site, or at a fully operational plant. Our H&S team has successfully implemented and promoted a culture of safety by creating initiatives like the Safety School to standardize our safety protocols. This program is implemented in the construction phase of our projects, where Atlas personnel and contractors create safety awareness, restate our commitment to H&S, increase effective communication, understand and point out risk perception, and create an inclusive and respectful environment.
