Iris is intended to encourage all employees to disclose any wrongdoing that may adversely impact themselves, the Company, shareholders, employees or the public at large.

What is the Iris Reporting System for ?

Employees seeking to make a report about any concern will have the following methods available for reporting the issue:

Direct Reporting: As established in the Company policies, employees have the option of reporting an issue directly to their supervisor, the General Counsel, the Head of the People Department or the CEO.
Iris Reporting System: Additionally, employees can report the matter through, an independent, anonymous, and secure reporting service delivered by Convercent Inc. The service is available 24 hours a day through these channels in three languages: English, Spanish and Portuguese.
